We were blessed to help our client sell his home. He walked into our office thinking he may lease fully furnished because he was going on a sabbatical. We were happy to help! As we answered all his questions we layed out all his options so he could decide which was best. With the strong market he decided to sell. We even helped him sell furnished and get what he wanted for house & furnishings! 
As we built a relationship and got to know him- what an incredibly smart and kind man. He is going to Costa Rica to teach others. Leaving everything and going on a journey to bless this world.

The buyer was buying her very first home. She saved for a long time and what a first home!! And fully furnished! We wish her the very best and hopes she enjoys the home and kind neighborhood.
